“Chubby, to fat, to morbidly obese. Overweight my whole life, I wanted to be a healthier me for my son’s graduation in 2010. A dear friend was a member of TOPS and had lost a lot of weight. Since there was no chapter close by, I started TOPS NC 0845, Caroleen, in August 2008. Since then, I have lost a lot of weight and doubts and gained a lot of support and confidence – confident that I can reverse my path and, from here on in, go from morbidly obese to “pleasingly plump” to healthy and fit.”
