“I have suffered from obesity most of my life. I was caught in a vicious cycle of eating, depression from eating, and eating more to comfort my depression. I didn’t live or enjoy life because of my weight. Finally, I said to myself, What a horrible way to live! I was missing out and I knew if I didn’t make some changes I would be pushing up daisies at a very early age. I joined TOPS and turned my life around. I’ve gone from size 3X to a 4 Petite. Thanks to the support of my chapter and all the fun, competitive contests we have, I was able to make this remarkable change: a 123-pound loss to goal. Thank God for TOPS!”
