“This is the third time my wife and I have belonged to TOPS. The first two times, we did well for a while, but then started gaining again. You can guess what happened when we felt we were bringing the chapter down. We quit TOPS! We had good intentions to get back on track, but didn’t and gained more. We finally realized we could not lose the weight without a support group. We rejoined TOPS in January 2008, and it felt like going home after a long absence. Everyone was as happy to see us as we were to see them. Our TOPS members are so supportive and encouraging. Without them, I would not be at goal today.”
