They’ve lost weight and inches…they’re feeling great…their health has improved…and they’re spreadin’ the news: you can do it, too! That’s the message behind the success stories of TOPS’ 2009 Greatest Improvement Contest winners.

Winners of the Greatest Improvement Contest were judged the best examples of improvement in appearance due to weight loss. Men and women compete separately:

The contests have age categories. Category 1 is for those 50 years of age and over. Category 2 is for those over 17 but under 50 years of age. First- and second-place winners are chosen in each category. By eating right, exercising, and relying on the support of their chapters, these winners followed the time-tested path to Take Off Pounds Sensibly.
