Regional Directors

Regional Directors are responsible for promoting and overseeing TOPS Chapters in a specific geographic region made up of several states or provinces. If you have a question or concern about TOPS in your area, contact a Regional Director or click through to the website for your state or province to find Field Staff in your area.

Board of Directors

The TOPS Board of Directors is the decision-making body of TOPS Club, Inc. Its nine members are responsible for establishing TOPS’ mission, goals, policies, and long-range plans. The voting members of TOPS elect board members to three-year terms. Each year in November, three members of the board are up for re-election.

Members are encouraged to bring questions or concerns directly to their local Field Staff for resolution but may also contact the Board Confidential Liaison if they feel the need to bring an anonymous concern to the attention of the Board of Directors.
