Nonprofit Information

TOPS is a nonprofit, weight-management support and wellness education organization that focuses on developing healthy lifestyles. Our members, who range in age from 7 years to over 70, support each other as they Take Off and Keep Off Pounds Sensibly.

TOPS Club, Inc. is an exempt organization Under IRS 501(c)(3). Verification of TOPS exempt status can be obtained by consulting IRS Publication 78. As an exempt organization, contributions to TOPS are deductible for income, estate or gift tax purposes in the U.S.
