Shrimp Kabobs:
thread water-soaked bamboo skewer
with:
2 oz. shrimp
3 cherry tomatoes
3 pearl onions
3 (1") green pepper squares
6 slices zucchini slices
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
Baste each using 1 Tbsp Italian
dressing. Grill.

2/3 cup cooked brown rice

1/2 cup asparagus tips

1/2 cup sugar-free gelatin with
1 tsp Dream Whip topping
15 baked tortilla chips

1/4 cup salsa

1 frozen fruit bar

1 cup sugar-free hot chocolate
