1 Tbsp chopped sweet onion
Mix all together and place on plate of
bibb lettuce

1 tsp fat-free sour cream

2 oz. chicken breast , broiled

1 cup asparagus tips

3/4 cup blueberries
3 cups popped corn

1 cup sugar-free hot chocolate
