1 1/4 cup watermelon cubes
3/4 cup low-fat potato salad, made of:
1 medium potato, cooked, peeled and
cubed
1/2 cucumber, not peeled, chopped
1 tsp parsley flakes
Dressing - made in blender with:
1/8 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 Tbsp low fat cottage cheese
pinch of dillweed and garlic salt. Pour
over potato and vegetables.

2 oz. grilled chicken breast

3/4 cup green beans

1 orange, peeled, segments placed on lettuce
6 oz. vanilla yogurt mixed with
1/4 cup grape juice frozen concentrate
(Blend the two together and freeze in
paper bathroom cups)

4 (4") breadsticks
