International Recognition Days (IRD) is TOPS’ annual, three-day event honoring our members and their successes. The convention is held in a different city and state/province each year to enable as many people as possible to attend. Cost is kept to a minimum and there are many ways your chapter can do fundraising during the year to help defray the costs. TOPS members eagerly anticipate recognition events locally in the form of ARDs, SRDs, and PRDs. They are highlights of the year and provide an immeasurable amount of support and fun.
