"Eat to live. Don’t live to eat!"

Weight loss is a unique and personal quest! My family and friends have been a solid anchor for me and have shared with and led me through various successes. Just being able to talk about discouragements and victories can make all the difference in the outcome of any journey. Keeping a food chart is vital in tracking the foods I eat. I like making a plan the night before, then seeing how closely my chart matches the next day. Find an exercise program that is fun and exciting, so you stick with it. Ballroom dancing has become a part of who I am. My wise mother always said, “Eat to live. Don’t live to eat!”
