I’m pleased to share my weight loss experience and success with others facing challenges that life brings. I struggled with my weight throughout adulthood because I just love food. I came to realize that food was ruling my life and my health. I had tried many diets in the past, and nothing worked for me. The turning point came when my doctor told me, I might not be alive in five years if I didn’t lose my excess weight. My decision to have bariatric surgery was faith based. I’m happy to be 162 pounds lighter, and have experienced a total life change. The day of my surgery was the first day of my new life.
