Renew TOPS

How do I renew my TOPS membership?

Due to technical limitations, online renewal is only available for current full-price members. Members who qualify for a teen, spouse or blind membership and members wishing to redeem coupons or vouchers for memberships must renew at chapter.

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the homepage and sign in.
  3. Click Member Renewal, which appears below your Username in the upper right corner. This link appears 55 days before your renewal is due and continues to display until your online payment or paper renewal is processed at TOPS Headquarters.
  4. On the Online Dues Payment Agreement page, click Accept Terms to start the payment process.
  5. Fill out your credit card information and click Submit.

 

How do I find my Membership Renewal Date?

Current, full-price members may renew online up to 55 days before their last renewal date or up to 30 days after. Members may find their renewal date listed...

  • On the welcome email immediately sent to all new members who provide a valid email address when joining (Check spam or junk if you don't see it.)
  • On the renewal form mailed to all members about two months in advance of renewal date
  • On the back cover of your TOPS News
  • On your Membership Renewal Receipt, which is available in the Members Area.

How do I print my Receipt after joining or renewing?

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the homepage and sign in.
  3. Click Members Area.
  4. Scroll down and click on Receipt for Online Payment in the Change Profile and View Receipt box on the left side.
  5. Print the receipt. If you are choosing to join a chapter, present the receipt to the chapter you'd like to join as proof of payment. Online members do not have to present their receipt.

Find Information

Help! I can't find it on the website...

Looking for something but not sure where to go? The website search bar will help you quickly locate the information you need.

  1. In the upper right corner of every web page, you'll see a box with magnifying glass and the words Keyword Search.
  2. In the search box, enter a word or phrase describing what you want to find. Then, press Enter. Your search results will display.
  3. Click the Page Name and description that best matches what you hope to find. That page will open. If you don’t see what you are looking for, enter a new search in the search box and click Go.

Note for Members: If you still aren’t finding the page you want, double check that you are signed in to www.tops.org. Pages that are only available to members can’t be searched when you aren’t signed in.

We'll point you in the right direction and the use the information you share to improve the search results going forward.


How do I find a TOPS Meeting?

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click on Find A Meeting in the main navigation bar.
  3. On the Find A Meeting page, enter your Zip or Postal Code in the "Search Zip or Postal Code" field.
  4. Choose a distance of 10, 25 or 50 miles.
  5. Click on Find Meeting. A map with flags indicating a meeting location appears below the search box. You will see a list of chapters, their location, meeting times and the local Area Captain and Coordinator names and contact information.

How do I find TOPS Events?

Join other TOPS members from your area for inspiration and camaraderie for spring Recognition Days, Fall Rally or TOPS walk.

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click on Events in the blue bar at the bottom of the page.
  3. On the Events page, click Find a Regional Event.
  4. In the Find Events search box, choose your State or Province.
  5. Select a Month for an event or search all months.
  6. Select a Year for an event. There may be more than 1 year available for searching.
  7. Check each type of event that interests you.
  8. Click Find. The results display below the search box.

Where do I find information on healthy eating and fitness?

We have information on healthy eating and fitness available to the public and to TOPS members.

To review information available to everyone:

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Blogs in the blue bar at the bottom of the page.
  3. In Blogs, Videos and More, you will find the Recipe of the Month, our blogs and a changing selection of articles on health and fitness.

We update this section monthly. Remember to check back often.


To review information available to members:

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the homepage.
  3. Click Members Area in the main navigation bar.
  4. In the Members Area, scroll down to Eat Better and Move More. There you'll find food diary sheets, nutrition articles, recipes, information about special diets, workouts, fitness tips and more.

Where do I find inspirational calendars?

Members love our printable monthly calendars with daily reflections, ideas and things to try. They are available as PDFs, which you may download for printing.

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the homepage and sign in.
  3. Click Members Area in the main navigation bar.
  4. In the Members Area, click Member Motivation.
  5. Scroll down to the Calendars section. You'll find three months of daily inspirations. Click a calendar to open and download it.

Where do I find TOPS Forms?

We have gathered all TOPS Forms for members and Chapter Officers in one place.

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the homepage and sign in.
  3. Click Members Area in the navigation bar.
  4. In the Members Area, click Find A Form
  5. Select the form you you want and click on the form name to open and download. Please note that forms and PDF files may display incorrectly when opened in a web browser. For best results, download (save) the file to your device, then open and print it from there. Depending on your browser settings, it may download the file. If the filed doesn't open, check your computer's download folder for the file.
