Finding Health and Fitness Information

Where do I find information on healthy eating and fitness?

We have information on healthy eating and fitness available to the public and to TOPS members.

To review information available to everyone:

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Blogs in the blue bar at the bottom of the page.
  3. In Weight-Loss Tips and Inspiration, you will find our blogs and a changing selection of articles on health and fitness.

We update this section monthly. Remember to check back often.


Where do I find the Recipe of the Month?

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Scroll down the page and click on What can I eat? You'll be taken to the Recipe of the Month.

To review information available to members:

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the homepage.
  3. Click Members Area in the main navigation bar.
  4. In the Members Area, click My TOPS Resources.
  5. In My TOPS Resources, click on Health & Wellness and then Food and Nutrition At Any Age to find food diary sheets, nutrition articles, recipes, information about special diets and nutrition. Or click on Getting Active under Health & Wellness to learn more about starting or staying active with our workouts, fitness tips and more.
