My Health Dashboard Help

What is My Health Dashboard?

It shows your health stats based on what you have entered in My Activity Tracker, My Weight Tracker and Set Up My BMI.

Note: My Health Dashboard is closed by default to keep your health stats private.

How do I open or close My Health Dashboard?

My Health Dashboard Closed
  1. Click on the Open Dashboard button. Your health stats display.
  2. When you want to close the dashboard, click on Close Dashboard.

How do I enter my health stats?

My Health Dashboard
  1. Click on the Open Dashboard button to open the dashboard.
  2. You enter your height and starting weight in Set Up My BMI.
  3. Use My Activity Tracker to enter your weekly activity.
  4. Use My Weight Tracker to enter your weight.

Note: Your Health Stats are estimated based on your input and are not part of your official TOPS record.

Getting Started With My Health Dashboard

Set Up My BMI

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated using your height and weight.

Enter Your Height

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the homepage and sign in.
  3. Click on Members Area.
  4. In My Health Dashboard, click on the Open Dashboard button. The Health Dashboard opens.
  5. Under My BMI, click on Set Up My BMI.
  6. Under Enter My Height, click on Add My Height. The Enter My Height form displays.
  7. Enter your Height In Feet.
  8. Enter your Height In Inches.
  9. Click on Save. Your height displays in the My BMI box.

Add Your Starting Weight

  1. Go to www.tops.org
  2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the homepage and sign in.
  3. Click on Members Area.
  4. In My Health Dashboard, click on the Open Dashboard button. The Health Dashboard opens.
  5. Under My BMI, click on Set Up My BMI.
  6. Under My First Weight, click on Add First Weight. The Add My First Weight form displays.
  7. Enter the Date.
  8. Enter your Weight.
  9. Enter your Chest measurement. This is optional.
  10. Enter your Waist measurement. This is optional.
  11. Enter your Hips measurement. This is optional.
  12. Click on Add to save your first weight. Your starting weight displays in the My BMI box.
