What is the TOPS refund and replacement policy?

TOPS Club, Inc. strives to provide the best service available for its members and guests. Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact TOPS promptly if an order is not delivered or is damaged so that we can ensure that the delivery is complete and correct. TOPS Club, Inc. has a no refund policy.

To contact TOPS Club, Inc. regarding undelivered or damaged goods, or any other problem associated with an order from the TOPS store, please send us an e-mail at orders@tops.org.

Claims for damaged goods must be received within 14 days of purchase date.

Cancel Your Order

You can cancel your order before it ships. To cancel your order, please send us an email or call us within 3 hours of purchasing. Email us at orders@tops.org or call 414-482-4620.
