What does Shipping & Handling cost?

If you live in the U.S. or Canada, the cost of shipping is included as a line item in your order.

Web orders over $60.00 USD are charged a flat fee of $9.00 USD. (Some exclusions apply.) 


How long will it take for my order to arrive? Can I request expedited shipping if I need it sooner?

Included in the price of your order is the most economical method of shipment. The service used is determined by what is being shipped, the size and weight of the package and where the package is going.

Shipments within the United States

Once your order is received by TOPS Headquarters, it's packaged and sent within 2 business days. To keep the shipping and handling cost affordable, TOPS does not use Priority Mail Express, Global Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day or 2nd Day services.

  • USPS First class flat 2-3 business days.
  • USPS First class parcel 2-3 business days — Tracking number is available.
  • USPS Media Mail 3-10 business days — Tracking number is available.
  • USPS Priority mail 2-3 business days — Tracking number is available.
  • UPS: 1-5 business days — Tracking number is available UPS service cannot be used for PO Box addresses and is only used when it is the most economical choice over the USPS options listed above.

Shipments to Canada

Canadian packages are sent out once a week on Thursday mornings and deposited into Canadian Post on the following Monday.

For example: If you place your order on a Wednesday, the package will be picked up by our Canadian broker service Thursday morning and will arrive at Canada Post the following Monday. If you place your order on a Thursday, it will not be picked up until the following Thursday and deposited into Canada Post the next Monday.

  • International Priority Airmail (Canada orders) 4 – 12 business days.
  • International Expedited Parcel (Canada orders) 3 – 10 business days — Tracking number will be available once the package is received by Canada Post on the Monday that it arrives.

Shipments outside the USA and Canada

TOPS Club, Inc does not ship to countries other than the United States and Canada at this time.


What should I do if I receive a missing/damaged/wrong item?

Contact us immediately! To contact TOPS Club, Inc. regarding undelivered or damaged goods, or any other problem associated with an order from the TOPS Store, please send an e-mail message to orders@tops.org.

***Claims for damaged goods must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
