TOPS Half-Priced Memberships

Half-priced memberships are available for people who live in the same physical household as a full-priced member, and for the blind/visually impaired. Half-priced members in the same house as a full-priced member will not receive a copy of TOPS News. People who do wish to receive TOPS News have the option to pay the full-priced fee. Half-price membership only applies on the Basic package.
