Prep time: 5 min. Bake time: 60-75 min. Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- cinnamon (optional)
- apple pie spice (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 225°F.
- Using a mandoline slicer or knife, carefully cut apples into very thin slices and remove any seeds. Arrange across two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the apple slices with spices, if desired.
- Place the apples in the oven and bake for 60-75 minutes or until your chips are curled around the edges. They do not have to be fully crisp yet: They will continue to get crunchy as they cool.
- Transfer the apple slices to a wire rack and cool completely. Enjoy!
