Make this probiotic mocktail instead of mimosas for celebratory toasts with friends over brunch.

Prep time: 5 min.     Total Time: 7 min.     Servings: 4 (8-ounce cups)

Gluten Free Meat Free Low Sodium

Ingredients

  • 4 T. orange juice
  • 2 12 oz. bottle kombucha
  • 2 c. sparkling water
  • 1 small lime, sliced in wedges (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine the orange juice, kombucha and sparkling water in a small to medium-sized pitcher.
  2. Place a lime wedge, if using, on the side rim of each champagne flute after filling each glass with the mocktail.
