When the temps rise, it’s time to kick back and cool off with a fruit smoothie. And this one will rock your whirl'd (see what we did there?). Plus, it’s gluten-free, low-sodium and uses simple ingredients. Feel free to use fresh or frozen fruit and sweeten with honey, a few ripe banana slices or a natural sweetener of your choice. Pro-tip: Vanilla protein powder works well with this smoothie recipe and turns it into a lovely Lilac color.
