Watermelon and Basil Pops

Ingredients
- 3 ½ c. seedless watermelon chunks
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- ½ c. water
Directions
Add ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet and blend until smooth. Fill all six frozen pop molds carefully, using a funnel. There will be some remaining liquid.

Serving Tip: This can be enjoyed as a frozen pop or a delicious summer mocktail! Once frozen, simply remove the pop from the mold, slice in chunks and serve with club soda. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
