Job description
 
Job Title: HubSpot Specialist (Full-Time)
 
Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a strong background in managing and developing within the HubSpot platform, as well as experience with Shopify. The ideal candidate will be responsible for website and data management systems within HubSpot, creating workflows, emails, and utilizing other HubSpot features. Additionally, this individual will oversee the integration of Shopify with HubSpot and provide basic troubleshooting and support through HubSpot’s ticketing system.

This position offers full-time hours with competitive benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO).
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
1. HubSpot Development & Management:
  •  Develop and manage the company’s website and data management system within HubSpot.
  •  Create, test, and optimize workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and other HubSpot features.
  •  Manage CRM data integrity and ensure proper segmentation and targeting.
2. Shopify Integration:
  •  Maintain and optimize the Shopify-HubSpot integration.
  •  Support e-commerce initiatives by ensuring seamless data flow between Shopify and HubSpot.
  •  Collaborate with the team to manage online store performance and functionality.
3. Troubleshooting & Support:
  •  Provide basic troubleshooting support for members experiencing login issues with the website.
  •  Resolve internal staff issues within the HubSpot platform using the ticketing system.
  •  Identify and escalate more complex technical problems as needed.
4. Collaboration & Training:
  •  Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
  •  Train staff on HubSpot features and best practices when needed.
 
Qualifications:
 
  •  Proven experience with HubSpot, including website development, workflows, and CRM management.
  •  Proficiency in Shopify and its integration with HubSpot.
  •  Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and ticketing systems within HubSpot.
  •  Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and analytics.
  •  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 
Location Flexibility:
 
This role is onsite preferred; however, the position can be fully remote for candidates who do not live in the area.
