Open Positions
- Pursue “free” media opportunities.
- Help develop creative marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to promote TOPS programs and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners and community organizations to expand visibility.
- Oversee interns and volunteers assisting with marketing and communications.
- Monitor site analytics (Google Analytics) to track growth and improve performance.
- Plan, manage, and execute fundraising events including TOPS Fights Obesity and other key fundraisers.
- Develop and distribute annual reports, donor appeal letters, and sponsorship proposals.
- Identify and secure opportunities for TOPS to participate in community outreach and third-party events (e.g., TOPS Global Health Forum).
- Handle event logistics including communications, promotions, reservations, and prize donations.
- Proactively identify and build partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and stakeholders.
- Sell advertisements for TOPS publications, newsletters, event programs, and digital platforms.
- Develop outreach opportunities that increase awareness, membership, and funding support.
- Represent TOPS at community events, health fairs, and partner meetings to strengthen visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in marketing, communications, event planning, or fundraising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Pro; knowledge of HubSpot desirable.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a small team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about advancing the mission of TOPS Club, Inc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the organization professionally.
- Ability to sit, walk, lift, and carry materials up to 50 lbs.

TOPS Heritage Society
The TOPS Heritage Society was established as a way for members and friends of TOPS to join with each other to preserve and continue our rich tradition of helping others live their healthiest lives now and into the future.
Support the Esther S. Manz Memorial Garden
The Esther Manz Memorial Garden, located at TOPS Headquarters, is a beautiful garden and winding pathway lined with engraved bricks honoring TOPS member’s both past and present. Anyone can support the Memorial Garden by ordering engraved pavers, limited edition pins and more.

- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage and distribute messages to staff as needed.
- Respond to helpdesk emails.
- Assist with processing new memberships and renewals.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
