Virtual Program Administrator
The Virtual Program Administrator provides inspirational, educational and organizational guidance and support to all online members, virtual chapters and online members looking for local chapters in the US, Canada and foreign countries. Service Program Administrators
Service Program Administrators provide inspirational, educational and organizational guidance to local Field Staff and chapters. They are responsible for promoting and overseeing TOPS Chapters in a specific geographic region made up of several states or provinces. If you have a question or concern about TOPS in your area, contact your Service Program Administrator.

Retreat Directors
Our retreat directors lead fun overnight eventsand virtual retreats that jump-start motivation andteach weight-loss solutions— all in the supportive company of other TOPS/KOPS members. They are supported by additional staff who handle registration and book assignments.
Dr. Kidambi is the Director of the TOPS Obesity and Metabolic Research Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Medical Director of the Comprehensive Weight Loss Program in the Division of Endocrinology, which uses a multipronged approach to treat metabolic problems caused by obesity. An endocrinologist (hormone doctor) by training, she focuses on managing obesity, diabetes, lipid problems and high blood pressure.
TOPS Club, Inc. Board of Directors
(Last updated March 25, 2025) The TOPS Board of Directors is the decision-making body of TOPS Club, Inc. Its seven members are responsible for establishing our mission, goals, policies and long-range plans. Each board member is elected for a three-year term by the Voting Members of TOPS, except for the TOPS President, whose position conveys Board membership.
Members are encouraged to bring questions or concerns directly to their local Field Staff for resolution but may also contact the Board Confidential Liaison if they feel the need to bring an anonymous concern to the attention of the Board of Directors.
