Not finding a meeting near you?
No problem! You can start your own chapter or become an online member.
Your first visit to any in-person chapter is free. Each chapter is a little different, so you may want to try more than one. There are also Online meetings and Virtual Chapters as well.
Scale Capacity refers to how much a scale can hold at a certain chapter. If you weigh more than this, we'd still love to have you at our meetings! You'd just have to conduct your weigh-ins somewhere else, like at a doctor's office.
Each chapter has a District Coordinator, Advocate, and Facilitator.
District Coordinator: Supports chapters and advocates in their specific district.
Advocate: Supports any chapter specific needs.
Facilitator: Facilitates chapter meetings.
